Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keep It Reel’s website at kakis.sg and the Keep It Reel studio (together, the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Keep It Reel helps real estate professionals create short-form videos using AI: an avatar built from your photo, a voice built from your recordings, AI-written scripts and AI-generated speech and video. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while the Service is in early access.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.
• We may limit who can sign in, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content and consent

• You keep ownership of the photos, recordings, scripts and other material you provide, and of the videos you create, subject to the rights of others in that material.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and send your content to our service providers solely to operate the Service for you.
• You confirm that you have the rights and permissions to everything you upload, including the consent of every person whose face or voice appears in it. Only create an avatar or voice clone of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• impersonate anyone, or create content that falsely suggests a real person said or did something;
• make false or misleading claims about properties, prices, availability or your credentials, or break real estate advertising rules that apply to you;
• create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• interfere with the Service, bypass limits or credits, probe its security, or access it by automated means without our permission.

You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it and for how you use it.

AI-generated output

Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect. For example, lip movements may not match the audio, and a cloned voice may not sound exactly like you. Similar requests may produce similar results for other users. Check facts and quality before you rely on or share any output.

Credits, plans and payment

• Generating content uses credits. The studio shows the cost before you generate. New accounts may receive a free trial, as described in the studio.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as stated for the plan or grant they came from.
• Paid plans, when offered, are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice.
• Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable. If a generation is confirmed to have failed, the credits reserved for it are returned.

Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Google, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Anthropic, Stripe and DigitalOcean. Their availability and terms may affect the Service, and we are not responsible for their services.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses arising from content you upload or publish, or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
